What counts as one request?

One deliverable, like a single graphic or one short video edit. You can send as many as you want, and I work through them one at a time.

How fast do I get things?

Subscription requests are delivered in 3 business days. One-off orders are delivered within 5 business days.

What is not included?

Logos, brand identity, long or complex video, and strategy are quoted separately. Simple video means short social clips with cuts, captions, and music.

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes, anytime. Subscriptions are month to month, no lock in.

Do I own the files?

Yes. Everything I make for you is yours to keep and use however you like.
